1. Payment must be made in full at the time of enrolment
2. Weather conditions : In the event of wet weather, most lessons will go ahead. We will use wet weather facilities. Please contact the class' coach for specific wet weather details.
3. Attendance: All players are expected to attend all classes. In the event of sickness, players may join another class of similar standard (at coaches' discretion). No make up lessons available due to other absences.
4. Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled lesson.
5. Make up policy: Make up classes need to be taken during the term. Coaching staff must be notified in advance if the participant is not attending due to illness, to have a makeup class granted.
6. Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. You must contact your coach to arrange a make up class.
I, (or if you are under the age of 18, your parents/ guardian), hereby indemnify staff from any responsibility and/or claim for any possible injury, damage or loss during my attendance at tennis training and agree to the above Terms and Conditions.
Permission to Photograph/Video:
I give permission for my child to be photographed and/or video recorded during any lesson or event run by Premier Tennis. Those images may be used by Premier Tennis on their website/social media/printed materials.
